Happy D.O.N.P.S. DAY! How did you spend yours? I've always felt that it is a holiday best spent with those you love. So today I bought a cake and had lots of good clean fun with some good clean friends.
It was a beautiful and balmy day here in Phoenix. I painted my new kitchen today, and made an appointment with a good friend who does interior design. I'm going to shed the boy's bedroom and build me a man's decor. Should be fun.
Yesterday I was a little bummed about the approach of today. But now that it is here, I am in a mighty fine mood. Mighty fine. The following image should describe my feelings about today.
Note the glint of peaceful joy in my eye, and the jaunty bit of lavender paint on my middle finger.
