I'm in a hurry, so this will be a bullet-point style post.

The folks here discovered yesterday that I rock at volleyball, so my new nickname has been Iceman. Cracks me up.

I am raking in the money as a trainer and with a bit of side entrepreneurship. I won't go into detail about the side bit, but let's say that it involves DVD's and Uncle Sam probably wouldn't like it.

One of my clients came to me saying that she can now fit into sizes that she has never fit into before, and that she cried in the changing room at Kohl's because she was so happy. God, I love my job.

Theatre-hopped last night. Saw two films.

Saw SUPERMAN RETURNS and loved it. It was a great homage to the old CHRISTOPHER REEVE one. And I take back everything bad I said about the kid they cast as The Man Of Steel. He was actually really good. His Clark Kent was a faithful recreation of Reeve's. And Brian Singer had me locked in right at the opening credits. The film starts with an updated version of the old opening sequence. I cheered outloud. I was alone in that cheer, but I didn't care. It was a 1980's kid's wet dream.

PIRATES OF THE CARRIBEAN 2 was very meh. Not horrible, but WAY too long, and a god portion of the major plot points seemed forced and badly woven. The fun parts were still fun, but the story was weak, and very clearly written only to drive the plot of part 3... which I probably won't bother with... unless Meg wants to. I'll go if she wants to because I have no strong feelings one way or the other. I could take it or leave it.

Oh, and Mom: you don't need me to send you that mirror picture from that last post. Just right click it and "Save picture" or something like that should be an option.

Your mom might want the full resolution version of the picture. A picture at the resolution of the one on the last post wouldn't look very good if you printed it.

and and I thought superman was slow as mollases in fact it was slower than the first matrix and I walked out halfway through.
